Privacy notice

Short version: the site is static, we do not sell data, and the only personal information we collect is the email address you choose to give us for updates.

What we collect

If you subscribe to the pre-med reference newsletter, we store the email address you submit, solely to send you those updates. We do not require an account to use the directory.

Email and CAN-SPAM

Newsletter signup is single opt-in. Every email we send identifies who it is from, describes why you received it, and includes a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests are honored promptly. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address.

Analytics and cookies

The public site ships with no advertising trackers at launch. If we add privacy-respecting analytics later, we will describe it here first. Outbound affiliate and sponsor links may set their own cookies once you click through; those are governed by the destination's privacy policy.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can ask us to delete your email from our list by writing to hello@medschoolindex.org.

Children

This site is intended for prospective and current higher-education students and is not directed at children under 13.
